- 支払方法
- Stripeの決済リンクによるクレジットカード決済
- 支払時期・注文の確定
- 商品内容、金額、受取・配達日時などの確認後にお送りする決済リンクからお支払いください。決済完了をもって注文が確定します。
- 商品の引渡時期
- お支払い前に合意した受取・配達日時にお渡しします。発送商品は、合意した発送日または到着予定日に合わせて発送します。
- 申込期限
- 希望日の5日前までを目安にお申し込みください。繁忙期は早く締め切る場合があります。当日・翌日のご希望は、お電話でご相談ください。
- 変更・キャンセル
- 決済前は変更・キャンセルが可能です。決済後、お届け日の5日前までのキャンセル料は原則としてかかりません。ただし、すでに特別な花材を仕入れた場合は実費を申し受けることがあります。4〜3日前は商品代金の50％、2日前から当日は100％を申し受けます。返金は決済に使用したカードを通じて行い、反映時期はカード会社により異なります。
- 返品・品質不良
- 生花の性質上、お客様都合によるお届け後の返品・交換は承れません。品質不良や誤配送の場合は、到着当日中に写真を添えてメールでご連絡ください。当店の負担で交換または返金します。
- クーリング・オフ
- 通信販売にはクーリング・オフ制度は適用されません。

- Payment and order confirmation
- After we confirm the product, total price andcollection or delivery details,we will email you a payment link.Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.
- Delivery
- Your order will be collected or deliveredat the date and time agreed before payment.Shipped orders will be dispatched for the agreedshipping date or estimated arrival date.
- Order deadline
- Please enquire at least five daysbefore your preferred date.Earlier deadlines may apply during busy periods.
- Changes and cancellations
- Changes and cancellations may be made before payment.After payment, cancellation is generally freeuntil five days before delivery, except for the actual costof specially sourced materials.The cancellation fee is 50% of the product pricethree to four days before delivery, and 100%from two days before delivery through the delivery date.Refunds are made to the card used for payment;processing times vary by card issuer.
- Returns and quality issues
- Because flowers are perishable, returns or exchangesfor customer convenience cannot be accepted after delivery.For damaged, defective or incorrect items,please email us with a photograph on the day of arrival.We will replace or refund the item at our expense.
- Cooling-off
- The statutory cooling-off period does not apply to mail-order sales in Japan.
